An opportunity has arisen to work within the District Nursing Service in Dundee. The above post offers an exciting opportunity for developing leadership skills as Dundee H&SCP is in the implementation phase of Transforming District Nursing Services.  Excellent leadership skills are required, including those required for the daily management of a caseload and the skill mix of teams maximising the wider opportunities to improve outcomes for the population in Dundee. 


We are looking for a Practitioner who will be a professional role model who leads by example and embrace the challenge of being a named caseload holder working in a modern, supportive environment across the 24hr period to meet service needs.


The post holder will be a registered nurse with Specialist Practitioner Qualification in Community Nursing in the Home or District Nursing diploma or certificate.  The ability to travel across the city is essential.  Please see job description for other requirements of this post.


You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register.
