The role of Administration Support sits within the Customer Interface function of the SP Energy Networks business. In this role you will provide business support in all activities relating to the network District to ensure successful running of the Connections programme whilst providing a first-class level of Customer Service at all times.
What you’ll be doing
Provide administration support within all areas of the business (including to Project Managers and Coordinators)
- Manage all correspondence and communication within the business
- Ensure that all customer contacts are dealt with in accordance with relevant processes
- Supporting the weekly and daily maintenance of the resource plan and work programme
- Production and delivery of reports and management information within agreed timescales
- Liaison with external suppliers and other business areas
- Printing and collation of information to assist in the generation of work packs
- Ensure quality standards are maintained in all activities performed.
- Ensure awareness of and comply with Company Health, Safety and Environmental requirements on particular issues as they arise, comply with safety equipment as required
What you’ll bring
We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication and Customer Service experience, coupled with strong planning and organisational skills. Being able to operate with people at all levels within the organisation is key, as well as possessing the following:
• Significant all round administrative experience with strong Microsoft Office experience
• Working knowledge of SAP system
• Health, safety and environmental awareness
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate as minimum:
• Administration support experience in a multi-stranded Project Support/Co-ordination role or equivalent
• PC literate - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
• Experience in SAP
