We have up to 50 freight services operating every day and we are steadily building capacity for this to grow. • Providing support and technical input to a team of operational project facing surveyors as directed. • Assist with the management of a property services portfolio including sales, tenancies, licences, and grant of rights. • Respond to queries on a day-to-day basis including from members of the public. • Complete required documentation in a satisfactory and timely manner. • Take accountability for administrative tasks as required / directed and become a source of expertise on Network Rail procedure and management systems. • Manage a portfolio of case work and respond to internal stakeholder and third-party queries directly.
What you will bring to the role: - • Educated to A level or equivalent. • Good negotiation skills • Good communication skills • Diplomacy skills • Positive and proactive team player
