Full Job Description

Abscaff Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator based in Cotton Street, Aberdeen. This role is to primarily support the Operations and Accounts team. To be successful in the role you will need to have strong communication skills as you will be involved in multiple areas of the business.

Job Role

•  Point of contact for customers and employees when calling the office

•  General administrative duties to support the two teams across the business

•  Liaising with customers, helping to deal with an invoice queries and credit control

•  Assist with Supervisor Administration tasks

•  Deal with incoming mail and email and correspond where appropriate

•  Collating project data

•  Assist with Operations and help maintain administration tasks

•  Maintain documents and processes in line with company procedures

Qualifications/Experience 

•  Computer literate in areas such as Word, Excel and Teams

•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•  Administration skills

• Pro-active telephone skills 

•  Good team player with a positive attitude who is adaptable and flexible
