We are offering an hourly rate of £12.32. Shifts ideally to be 12hrs long 0800-2000 and waking nights 2000-0800, 7 days a week.

Due to a new support package we are looking to increase our team. We are looking for energetic and attentive Support Workers for a young Gentleman who lives at his own house in Stirling.
About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team based in Stirling, for a specific service user living in their own home and who has a Mental Health disability.
The successful Support Workers will support in household tasks and maintenance of tenancy and provision of nutritious meals advice on healthy eating.
No personal care is necessary for this role as this gentleman is able to do so independently.
About Them:
Our service user is a young man who likes to have routine. He must be observed at all times due to the risk of him absconding. Support Workers must follow care plans and risk assessments set in place. He is a very vulnerable adult motivated by the thrill of being rescued by the emergency services.
He is able to communicate verbally and understand what people are saying. He requires consistent communication. Support to assist him to maintain my health and well being.

- Trips out
The shift pattern will consist of 12hr shifts to cover 08:00-20:00 and 20:00-08:00, this package is to cover 7 days a week.
