Hours: 19.5 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term for 12 months
Salary: £21,436 - £23,241 p.a.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To co-ordinate access to and provision of information, advocacy, assessment, planning and family support in collaboration with the other services for children and families affected by disability.

Requirements

SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or professional qualification in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Education, Community Education, Nursing or equivalent 

You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
