- Ideally, a certificate of professional competence and membership in a fleet professional body such as ACFO, ICFM, or CAFM, but not essential.
- Thorough understanding of fleet costs, budgets, vehicle engineering, maintenance, and repair.
- Experience managing a large, diverse fleet for a multi-site business, with strong planning, organisational, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and suppliers, driving strategic initiatives and communicating effectively.
- Strong data analysis and manipulation skills to deliver cost-effective and high-quality fleet services.
- Comprehensive understanding of fleet legislation and O licence obligations.
- Expertise in project and resource planning, with excellent communication and contract management skills.
