We are now seeking an organised and conscientious Front of House Manager to oversee the running of the front reception desk and business events centre desk, and grab and go café at our large public sector client’s site in Stratford, London.

With proven experience ideally in catering, reception or hospitality management and a Level 2 in Food Safety you will be keen, enthusiastic, highly organised and put people and customer service at the heart of everything you do. You will be IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Equally, you will be resilient and be able to handle multiple priorities.

You will be supporting a team of 10 members of staff and will have responsibility for the following;

  • Health and Safety (including risk assessments and allergen compliance)
  • KPIs
  • Food safety 
  • Cash Control
  • Stock Control
  • Audits
  • Staff and supplier management
  • Staff training

This role will involve working Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm (40 hours).
