Shift pattern Monday to Friday 12.30-5pm
A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual seeking a post as a scheduler within the Care at Home Office based in County Community Hospital, Invergordon.
This post will work in conjunction with our current Scheduler.
The successful applicant should able to
- Demonstrate a self-motivated and dynamic approach.
- Have good computer and admin skills and be familiar with Teams, Word and Excel
- Willing to learn the intricacies of the care management tool CM2000.
- Work as part of a busy team, as well as have the ability to think and make decisions quickly.
- Prioritise your work load.
- Have an excellent work ethic.
- Be motivated and good have time management.
Full training and support will be provided for both areas related to this unique post.
Previous experience is preferable but not essential.

NHS Scotland is reducing their full time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024 but with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff. This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours. However, as not all service areas will be able to adopt the 37 hour working week immediately from 1 April 2024, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
