The successful candidate will lead the recruitment team and will have responsibility for the delivery of service excellence and business growth.
Key Accountabilities, Areas of Influence & Responsibilities:
•Leadership of the OBM business, including service delivery, forecasting, planning, cost/margin control.
•Ensure delivery of OBM services, comply with company values and obsessions, legislation and industry best practice.
•Manage team recruitment activities, whilst taking a hands on approach in recruitment delivery, for senior and specialist roles in particular.
•Provide continual support to, and manage the development of, direct reports.
•Timely and accurate reporting, in line with stated business requirements.
•Develop and increase OBM business levels, working with Business Development and Key Account Managers as required.
•Delivery of excellent customer service and building rapport with clients to gain continuous business and referrals.
•Work in partnership with Head of Specialist Services and Business Development Manager to develop a business plan with focus upon achieving increased levels of business.
•Appropriate communication and addressing any variances.
•Building lasting relationships with contractors, workforce and Clients including site visits.
•Effective account management and development of client relationships through regular contact and site visits to ensure full understanding of the company needs, their work culture and environment.
•Monitoring market/rate information and trends.
•Attending client open days and industry events.
•Ensuring REC Best Practice and compliance with Agency Worker Regulations.

•HSSEQ Performance.
•Contribute to the increase of OBM Businesses' profitability.
•Customer satisfaction and retention of contracts.
•Sourcing and delivery of new business activity.
•Tracked recruitment metrics.
•Effective use of systems and technology.
Competencies, Experience, Behaviours:
•Experience working in a recruitment agency setting with a strong understanding of industry best practice and REC standards.
•Experience managing and developing high performing teams in a recruitment environment.
•Demonstrable recruitment experience with a proven track record of success.
•Working knowledge of energy market recruitment needs including key disciplines, roles and responsibilities.
•Working knowledge of agency worker payroll requirements.
•Innovative, self-driven and forward thinking with a passion for customer service.
•High levels of attention to detail with strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
•Effective influencing and negotiating skills.
•Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, candidates and customers.
•Accustomed to working effectively in a fast-paced environment, flexible and can adapt to changing workloads and priorities, where high standards are not compromised under pressure.
•Proactive, demonstrating initiative and ownership, while contributing to the wider team.
•Committed to the development and growth of the business.
•Commercial/business acumen.
•Computer literate with well-developed IT skills across the Microsoft Office suite and confident in use of social media and CRM software packages.
•Demonstrates integrity and discretion, maintaining client and candidate confidentiality.
•Ability to assess and ultilise most effective sourcing channels.

Minimum Qualifications
•Full UK driving license.
