This role is essential in supporting the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Tasks

  • To assist with administrative duties within the ILM Highland Finance Department.
  • Work alongside the Finance Assistant and Finance Manager.
  • Experience of Sales and Purchase Ledger processing.
  • Proficiency in accounting software - Experience of Xero Accounting software would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
  • Strong numerical skills and good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Cash handling.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Support the Finance Assistant and interact with other departments.
  • Take a flexible approach to other duties that may be reasonably expected, including assisting in other areas of the company if required.

This position may suit a semi-retired person.
