Football within East Renfrewshire has grown considerably over the last 4 years, creating an exciting opportunity for us to appoint a Football Development Coordinator (Community).
You will be responsible for supporting the development of high quality opportunities in football throughout East Renfrewshire. Central to this will be the mentoring of our highly committed coaching workforce. You will work closely with partners across clubs, communities, schools and education. Likewise, ensure all football activity delivered is safe and efficient, as well as providing outstanding customer service.
Applicants will hold at minimum a UEFA C License (Youth / Adult) and / or a UEFA C License (Children’s) in football. A broad range of coaching experience, across a variety of age groups and abilities, is essential. As is having a demonstrable knowledge of the Scottish FA’s, “The Power of Football” strategy, player journey and coach education structure and pathway.
