We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at the base of Ben Nevis in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standard, showcasing seasonal and local produce.
  • Supporting the Sous Chef and Kitchen Manager in ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
  • Contributing to menu development and incorporating creative ideas.
  • Maintaining impeccable hygiene and safety standards throughout the kitchen.
  • Collaborating with and supporting junior team members to ensure consistency and quality.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy, fresh food kitchen.
  • A passion for cooking and working with high-quality, seasonal ingredients.
  • A team-oriented mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • An appreciation for the great outdoors and the Highland lifestyle is a bonus!
