2. About the role: This new post , based in Lochgilphead, meets the national drive to strengthen building standards regulation, undertaking inspections of building works at various stages in construction to assess compliance against the technical standards; responding to an investigation of dangerous building complaints, liaising with agents, contractors and stakeholders. Depending on qualifications/experience, the post will vett domestic building warrants.
