Enthusiastic office administrator required for busy garage/breakdown agent. ...

This is a very diverse role that would suit someone who enjoys a challenge, has excellent communication skills and has the ability to interact with people in sometimes stressful situations. 
Quickbooks/Apex experience would be an advantage, but full training will be given to the right candidate.
Duties will include: 
• General office duties
• Invoicing, data input, answering calls, emails and dealing with customer payments etc
• Liaising with recovery agents/breakdown customers
• Ordering and receiving stock
Driving licence essential as some collection/delivery of customer vehicles may be required.
As we work for Police Scotland vetting may be a requirement with some positions. 
Remuneration will be dependent on experience.
