General reception duties i.e., Answering incoming phone calls and transferring as necessary, greeting, and welcoming visitors

Monitoring email boxes and distributing as necessary

Carrying out administration requests from management 

Maintaining stock and ordering stationery/office supplies

Data input 

Administration duties such as scanning, photocopying, word processing

Booking accommodation and travel 

Requirements

Extensive experience of Microsoft Office 

Ability to pick up new skills quickly

Work well individually and as part of a team 

Ability to take instruction from management effectively

Be organised

Work well under pressure

Be punctual
