Location: Various locations - North Highland; Inner Moray Firth; West Highland
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term (until March 2026)
Salary: £30,266 - £33,579 p.a.
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To support the delivery of a flexible, person-centred employability service for clients which provides pathways into fair and sustainable work to meet emerging local labour market priorities and to tackle in-work poverty.
To support the delivery of a quality employability offer which ensures clients receive the services they need to support their positive progression towards and in work.
The provision of these services may be located within a single organisation but are more likely to require the Key Worker to engage with a number of different partners as he/she supports clients to progress towards and in sustained employment.

Requirements
- Educated to at least HND or HNC level.
- Qualification in a relevant discipline, for example, in Guidance or
