Centred is a progressive charitable company based in the Highlands that supports people through mental ill health toward mental well-being. Our services are based in Caithness, Easter Ross, Inverness, and Lochaber. We also run a Recovery Centre, based in Inverness that provides support and accommodation for up to 23 service users.
Centred (Scotland) is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and commercial growth. Your expertise will help us showcase the life-changing work we do across the Highlands, build strong community relationships, and develop strategies to support our services and fundraising initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and sustainability of Centred, enabling us to further our mission.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage the Centred (Scotland) brand and commercial strategy.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance awareness and engagement.
- Oversee all marketing and communications, including branding, messaging, and creative direction.
- Manage digital marketing, including social media, website content, and email marketing.
- Develop materials such as annual reports, publications, and promotional content.
- Support fundraising efforts, including corporate sponsorships and community events.
- Plan and deliver brand awareness events to showcase Centred's impact.
- Build relationships with corporate partners, donors, and community organisations.
- Lead internal communications to strengthen organisational culture and values.

Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution, particularly in integrated, multi-channel campaigns focused on customer acquisition and fundraising.
- Strong background in brand management and creative strategy.
- Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, paid ads, and analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns effectively.
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience in public relations and media management (desirable).
