We are pleased to offer the position of Office Manager in the beautiful surroundings of Strathconon Estate.

A primary school and playpark are located on site and with a high school within commuting distance.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Estate Office, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively, with support from the Admin Assistant. Key duties will include managing accounting and finance procedures, including bookkeeping, invoicing, expense administration, lease renewals, and payroll collation. HR duties, including employee contracts, benefits and GDPR compliance.
We are seeking an experienced colleague who can provide professional office management skills to support the business, enabling the organisation to deliver high-quality services in an efficient manner. A supportive and conscientious individual with attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a wider team. Your abilities as a team player, positive and service minded personality will be key to your success in the role. Our ambitions are high, and this position is critical in supporting a large estate and busy team as we strive to achieve our objectives of delivering a wholehearted nature restoration project.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits based on a 40-hour work week, with flexibility according to the seasons. Accommodation is available on-site, if required. This position has a target start date of mid-June.
