The position involves the processing of invoices, reconciling supplier accounts for weekly payment runs, filing and general office duties.
It is important that you work with your colleagues in ensuring the smooth running of the office and adhere to the monthly timetable set by the accountant.
The successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills. Although a formal qualification is not essential a level of numeracy is expected as is an understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
It is important that the candidate can manage the responsibilities of the role advertised as there is a level of time management required.
The employment package including pension, reflects the diversity of this position. The role will be 24/30 hours per week spread across 3/4 days.
