The role is part of the Continuous Improvement and Automation team within the Group Chief Operating Office, focusing on driving transformative change and operational excellence across Lloyds Banking Group. As a senior manager, you will lead multiple workstreams, coach virtual teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will also define, manage, and enhance key processes across technology and change, while influencing and aligning key stakeholders910.What You'll Need:
- Expertise in devising and executing long-term strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Ability to lead and inspire diverse teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Advanced proficiency in evaluating complex information and making well-informed decisions.
- Exceptional analytical skills to diagnose issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong passion for spearheading innovation and implementing cutting-edge technologies.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Technology and/or Financial Services Process Transformation.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent qualification.
- Understanding of the operating model of a financial services company.

SALARY: £83,411 - £98,130
LOCATION: Edinburgh or Bristol
Hours: Full Time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in the Edinburgh or Bristol office site

The Continuous Improvement and Automation team is at the core of the Group Chief Operating Office, driving transformative change and enhancement across Lloyds Banking Group. We are evolving and establishing a Process Office that will shape the strategy, standards, and capabilities necessary for achieving operational excellence.
- As a senior manager, you will spearhead multiple workstreams to establish the standards, capabilities, and plans for operational excellence.
- As a people leader, you will provide clarity and coach virtual teams to deliver outcomes swiftly and effectively.
- As a continuous improvement leader, you will drive initiatives to shape culture and foster learning, ensuring continuous day-to-day improvement.
- As a process owner, you will define, manage, and enhance key processes across technology and change.
- As a senior manager, you will influence and align key stakeholders with our mission, coaching and challenging them to achieve progress.

- Advanced proficiency in evaluating complex information, discerning key insights, and making well-informed decisions. Skilled in exercising sound judgement to drive impactful outcomes for the organisation.
- Exceptional analytical skills to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions. Proven capability to navigate complex challenges and deliver effective results.
- Strong passion for spearheading innovation and implementing cutting-edge technologies or processes. Proven history of leading initiatives that yield substantial improvements and competitive advantages.
And any experience of these would be really useful
- Preferred experience in Technology and/or Financial Services Process Transformation.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent qualification highly desirable.
- Comprehensive understanding of the operating model of a financial services company, encompassing systems, data, processes, and governance.
