We are looking for a Full-Time Environment Protection Officer on a Permanent basis.
The salary band for this post is Band E, £36,906.00 to £40,772.00, starting salary will be on the base of the salary scale, £36,906.00.

• Ensuring a wide range of businesses comply with the requirements of their environmental authorisations.
• Responding to reports of pollution.
• Taking enforcement action where needed.
• Providing advice and guidance to a wide range of businesses, organisations and members of the public.

• A good understanding of environmental regulations in Scotland
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• The ability to self-motivate and work effectively as part of a team
