Do you have a creative flair for creating guidance notes and infographics?
If this sounds like you, we have an exciting vacancy within our Workforce Engagement and Website Administration team. As a senior advisor, you will be involved with day-to-day engagement with stakeholders across the organisation via training material and guidance notes. You will create comprehensive digital guides via infographics, flow charts, guidance notes and training videos. You will be involved in developing bespoke e-learning module content.
You will support digital change in the organisation rolling out digital platforms such as employee self-service to stakeholders across the organisation. You will support process change in the development of guidance and communications.
You will be based in the Civic Centre but will work hybrid between the office and home working.
The role is temporary until September 2026.

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
