<p>We are looking for a motivated individual to work within our Repairs Team in David Dale House. </p>
<p>You will have excellent IT and Customer Care Skills and the ability to work to pre-determined procedures and instructions. to ensure the effective and efficient delivery and development of the Housing Repairs Service. </p>
<p>You will be dealing with a high volume of calls and a variety of customers, to provide advice and guidance of the Housing Repairs Service. This will include diagnosing and booking repairs over the phone and processing mail to ensure the effective and efficient delivery and development of the Housing Repairs Service.</p>
