Assistant office administrator

Morrison Plumbing & Heating Engineers have an opening for a Part time Administration Assistant for our busy office. This is a new position of which the right applicant will also have the opportunity to develop within the company.

Administration duties to include photocopying, scanning and inputting data in computer along with E-mailing and computing skills. 

Processing the invoices as they come in, matching with Purchase Orders this will be working with other staff. 

Updating internal finance systems - we use Kashflow accounts package and training will be given. 

Good Telephone manner 

Dealing with clients coming into office 

Liaising with suppliers 

 

 

Requirements

Good Comunication skills

Competant with Microsoft Office, word and outlook

Ability to work individually and also as part of a team

Driving Licence
