Hotel Reception

As the first point of contact for guests, you'll provide a warm welcome and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience. You'll also assist with bookings, general enquiries, and provide information about the area and resort facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting guests and managing bookings
Answering calls, emails, and general enquiries
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Providing excellent customer service at all times

Ticket Office Assistant

Based at our busy ticket office, you'll be helping customers purchase gondola/Bike passes and activity tickets, providing information, and ensuring everyone is ready to enjoy their day on the mountain.

Key Responsibilities:

Selling tickets and passes using our till systems
Answering customer questions with a friendly, helpful attitude
Keeping queues moving efficiently during peak times
Assisting with any ticketing issues or customer concerns

Full-time seasonal contracts (5 days per week)with the view to extend. 
Rate of pay: £13.50 per hour

Requirements
