Location: Crown Hills Community College, Leicester, LE5 5FT
G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Caretaker on a full-time, permanent basis based in Leicester.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team to ensure site maintenance services are to a high standard across the school.
Due to the working hours of this role, it is essential that you live within a commutable distance to the site using your own transport. Public Transport is not available in the area at the times required for the role.
Responsibilities

Locking/unlocking of the site/building gates and doors and ensure the safe custody of keys, fobs and access cards.

Carry out audits of facilities.

Carry out reactive and planned maintenance of facilities.

Participate in the Health & Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers or hazards encountered to the Site Manager.

Carry out Litter picking and assisting cleaning teams as required.

Escorting of sub-contractors as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous caretaker/porter and maintenance experience is not essential but would be an advantage.
