Office Administrator

We are looking to recruit a part-time experienced administrator to join a small dedicated team to assist with the day-to-day property management and administration.

Skills and Attributes required:

Proven experience in an administrative or business support role.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities.

String attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Approachable, professional, proactive and attitude to problem solving.

Detailed Summary of Role

Administer the rental process for residential properties and a variety of commercial arrangements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Where necessary, maintain records and evidence of that compliance. monitor regulatory changes affecting residential lettings. Monitor non-domestic rates payments and relief entitlement for a wide range of subjects. Administer records for electricity consumption from sub-meter readings and calculate payment amounts.
