We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative, based in our Cannock office.

What you’ll do:
Act as the principle point of contact for Aggreko’s customers
Manage all internal touchpoints during the lifecycle of the rental
Collaborate with the sales and Operations teams to ensure a successful customer experience
Meet the expectations and requirements of the customers
Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect
Handle incoming customers calls to address equipment, service or contract queries
Manage customer credit limits and payment expectations
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Experience in a customer service or account management role is essential
Background in rentals, construction, or civils industries is beneficial
Experience using a CRM system (ideally Salesforce) is highly advantageous, but training can be provided
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to gather information from customers and offer suitable product and service solutions
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
Collaborative working style across wider teams
Ability to solve problems and think outside the box
