Key Responsibilities:
As a Property Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our property portfolio across Fort William and the wider region. Your key duties will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for your own portfolio of properties in Fort William and the surrounding area.
- Providing support across our wider property portfolio throughout Lochaber, Argyll, and Mull, with occasional travel to Oban and Mull.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and tenants.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant Scottish letting regulations. (If not already held, the successful candidate must be willing to work towards the appropriate property letting qualification.)
- Conducting property viewings, inspections, check-ins, inventories, and check-outs.
- Guiding tenants through the tenancy application and referencing process.
- Managing repair and maintenance issues, including liaising with contractors and coordinating timely resolutions.
- Carrying out general administrative tasks and using our lettings software to keep property records up to date.
Requirements
Skills and Requirements:
Industry experience would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided through a thorough induction and ongoing development.
We’re looking for someone who can bring the following:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems and software.
- Strong customer service focus.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Effective organisational and time-management abilities.
- Confidence in managing a geographically spread property portfolio.
- A willingness to work towards a recognised lettings qualification (full support provided).
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
