We’re looking for a Fuel Planner to join our team based in Cannock.

What you’ll do:
Manage, plan, and schedule fuel deliveries to ensure there are no fuel outages at customer sites
Monitor and respond to fuel alarms efficiently to ensure continuity of service
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively managing fuel levels and deliveries
Support the business by resolving any fuel-related issues swiftly and professionally
Maintain accurate fuel calculation reference data and delivery documentation
Work closely with the Procurement team to manage supplier invoices
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to fuel operations
Liaise with Customer Service to resolve connectivity issues and raise necessary work orders
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles
Proficient in using tools such as Salesforce and Excel to manage data and workflows
Familiarity with telemetry systems is advantageous
Strong planning and coordination abilities
Proven experience working with suppliers
Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
