Working with a variety of partners, the Enterprise and Communities service has a key role in guiding this regeneration towards sustainable development. Working for our Housing Property Services team on our hybrid working model based from home and an office setting in Motherwell you will be responsible for the co-ordination and management of a team providing financial, administrative and clerical support to ensure an efficient and effective service is provided to tenants and external customers.
You will be involved in co-ordinating customer service requirements, appointment scheduling and front-line financial management including budget monitoring and debt recovery. You will also collate and monitor statistical returns and compile reports using a variety of software packages.
You should have an SVQ2 or equivalent in a relevant discipline with moderate experience of working within a clerical or administrative environment and experience of working to deadlines.
You must be IT literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft computer packages and excellent organisational and communication skills. Self-motivated, you should have the ability to prioritise your own workload and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Supervisory experience, E-financial experience and experience of working with the public are desirable.

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
