• Starting salary whilst undergoing initial training is £26,848
• Once you have completed your initial training and gained an LGV driving licence you will progress to £28,052
• Further annual increments then apply to a maximum of £30,424
• Once you have passed your AFISO validation you will be eligible for AFISO and MET Allowances of £4,248 per annum.
• Weekend working also attracts weekend premiums.
• For every night you are rostered to be on call you will receive on call allowance and if called out, you’ll receive pay (at overtime rates where applicable).

This job requires contact with vulnerable groups therefore, you will be required to obtain PVG Scheme membership prior to your commencement of employment at HIAL.
