Summer Bookings Assistant – Perfect for Students, Locals, or Campervan Travelers (Pitch Provided)

Spend your summer working in one of the most scenic locations in Scotland! Glen Nevis Holidays is looking for a Booking Admin Assistant to support our team during the busy summer season. This role is ideal for a student or seasonal worker on summer break who is enthusiastic, organised, and potentially keen to return each season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
  • Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling face-to-face check-ins and check-outs for accommodation guests
  • Supporting the booking process and keeping reservation systems up to date
Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Friendly, confident communicator (in person, on the phone, and via email)
  • Comfortable using computers and booking systems (training provided)
  • Reliable, organised, and customer-focused
  • Available to work Sundays and Mondays (essential)
  • Ideally available throughout the summer season to end September

Full training will be provided.
