Job Description
The main roles of the Principal Planner are to take responsibility, as directed by the Planning and Building Standards Team Leader for:
? processing and administering planning applications to
? lead on the negotiations of developer contributions;
? to oversee the effective monitoring of developments and
? deal with consequential enforcement action
? contribute to service work on Local Development Planning and Placemaking
