Job Description
Responsible for updating and maintaining all scheduling and monitoring activity for the electronic scheduling & monitoring system (EMS) supporting the safe delivery of care for the East Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership Care at Home service, including acting as first point of contact for Care at Home enquiries, and supporting the provision of resources and equipment for the wider Care at Home Service in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the Care at Home Service Improvement Plan, Health & Social Care Partnership Plan and the Community Plan.
Requirements
The duties of this post requires the successful applicant to complete a basic Disclosure Scotland application. A formal offer of employment with East Ayrshire Council will only be made once satisfactory clearance has been received. Any information that is disclosed on a basic disclosure will require to be discussed before a formal offer of employment is made.

Additional Information
There are 2 x full-time permanent posts based within Care at Home.
Work Pattern - Early and back shifts and weekend working to cover 7am to 10pm 7 days a week
Salary - £25,953 - £27,173 plus a 12.5% shift allowance.
The workstyle for this post is ‘Fixed’ - 80-100% of your time at a single office base or work location.
You will work at your administrative base or another agreed office location between 4 and 5 days per week.
The admin base for these posts is The Johnnie Walker Bond, Kilmarnock.
