We’re looking for an Operator to join our Finishing Team within the Machining Department. Daily tasks would involve using polishing mops, Codema machines, electric sanders and sandblasting equipment. This hands-on role requires a sharp eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
As an Operator - Finishing, you’ll:
- Work in the finishing area in our machining department
- Collaborate with other members of the team across multiple departments
- Sand and polish acrylic, metal and wooden components with quality and precision
- Work with our unique sustainable materials, developed and manufactured on-site
- Contribute your skills across a range of creative projects, from classic designs to artistic sculptures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, precision, and consistency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of PPE, to maintain a safe working environment
- Troubleshoot challenges and highlight potential issues during the production process
- Take part in shaping and refining Midton’s aesthetic and technical output

Requirements
