Class 2 multidrop delivery driver

Delivering and collecting palletised goods, mainly in the Oban area. Electric pallet trucks are provided to all drivers.

Family run business, number 1 for palletized deliveries in Argyll.

Usual start time: 04:00

Usual Finish time: 16:00

Weekly pay. £12.50 per hour for first 40 hours, £18.75 per hour thereafter.

Duties will include delivering various palletized goods around the Oban Area.

Normal work days are Monday to Friday, but there will be Saturday work too, which you would be on a 6 weekly rota for.

Applicants must have experience of multidrop and use of tai-lift for deliveries.

Applicants must be reliable, well presented, and be well mannered with regard to dealing with customers.

Successful applicants will be expected to keep there vehicle clean at all times (pressure washer and cleaning equipment provided), and perform light maintenance on their vehicle to maintain it (changing bulbs, lubricating curtain runners etc).

A good geographical knowledge of the Argyll postal code area is preferred, but not essential, as your run will be routed for you, until you are confident enough to route it yourself.

We are a family run business and strive to create an atmosphere in the workplace where everyone feels part of the team. Our more experienced drivers will be on hand to help when required, as they have a vast knowledge of the areas we delver to.
