ICD Contracting Ltd. is a rapidly developing Forest & Land Engineering Company which covers the West Coast of Scotland and the Inner Hebrides.
This is a flexible post where we are happy for some one to come on full time or part time (3 days per week).
You will be taken on as an employee with the option of a pension. Tasking will be to assist the Office Manager, Managing Director and The Commercial Director with day to day running of contract requirements, quotation creation, diary maintenance, ordering of consumables and other company admin.
Work day will be from 08.30hrs - 1600hrs, a 37.5 hour or 22.5 hour week (depenedant on contract taken). There will be a full holiday entitlement, pro rata if part time.
Salary negotiated on expereince and qualifications.
Company Laptop and Mobile supplied.
We will also put towards travel expenses.
Requirements
- A good working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office
- Good computing dexterity
- A strong, confident & polite phone presence
- Knowledge of Sage would be beneficial (but not essential)
- A very much get up and go attitude
- Loyal
- Accurate
- Trusted
- Discrete
- Driving licence and own transport
