You should have experience of working with vulnerable service users in a community setting and carrying out personal care to a high standard.  Training will be provided.

Do you have Ambition, Compassion, and Integrity? Yes?  Then you will have something to offer.

Good listening, oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to work as part of a team are essential.

You must have the ability to maintain confidentiality, work co-operatively with other professionals, families and carers, be a problem solver and be able to work on your own initiative.

You should be enthusiastic, motivated and able to cope with demanding work. A reliable and flexible approach to work together with a positive, responsible and caring attitude are also essential.
