Canisbay and Castletown Group Practice is looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic nurse to join our friendly practice team. Distribution of hours and days required may be discussed during interview.
We are an independent (GMS) rural practice operating out of two premises along the scenic North Coast 500 route, and serve a population of approximately 3000 patients. The successful candidate will work at both sites. Our supportive clinical team consists of 2 GP partners, practice nurse, ANP, and Pharmacists. Main software systems for daily operations are Vision, Docman and MS Teams.
The successful candidate should have treatment room and practice nursing experience. Proven skills or an interest to develop skills in chronic disease management areas and women’s health are desirable. The candidate should have an ability to operate independently, but will be supported by the practice team wherever required. The practice encourages continued training and development should you have particular areas of interest.
Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience. Flexible working pattern will be considered on application
NHS pension benefits and holiday / leave entitlements of 6 weeks pro rota as well as bank/public holidays
