About the Job
We’re looking for a highly organised, reliable individual with an eye for detail to join our team. You’ll be joining our Workspace Supply team, supporting operations, through organising and fulfilling booking requests.
This role is crucial to providing a world class workspace booking experience for our customers, as well as helping to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This includes supporting different areas of the business with organisational and administrative duties and assisting with bookings to ensure that our customers feel truly taken care of at every point of their journey.

Location and Hours
Remote, based in the UK but we have a preference for central Scotland, based on the needs of the role and evolving team.
You can work your hours flexibly between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. You will need to travel to Edinburgh at least once per month for in person meetings.
You will be working predominantly in the GMT time zone.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders to organise and fulfil booking requirements as requested by our platform Users
- Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of both customer and company information
- Drive tidy and timely administration, ensuring all relevant databases, folders and docs are kept up to date and entirely accurate as per the department needs
- Reconcile invoices and payment reports, including liaising with our internal finance dept
- Report and present on monthly regional workspace usage
- Other administrative tasks as necessary
- Support the Workspace Supply team with other tasks as necessary
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
- Enjoys process driven administration tasks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Extremely reliable
- Organised and detail oriented
- Good problem solving skills
- Good tech literacy including experience using Google Docs and Sheets
- Good time management skills
- Confident when dealing with stakeholders in different countries
- Based in and eligible to work in the UK
- Willing to undertake a background check prior to joining
