Glasgow City Council is seeking to recruit two permanent Service Management Officers within its Digital Services team.
You will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of IT services supporting the overall efficiency and reliability of the Council's IT environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to be involved in a range of work in a complex organisation, supporting the delivery of transformational digital services that enable all parts of the Council Family and improve the lives of Glasgow's residents.
We are seeking passionate and innovative individuals who are eager to make a real impact. This opportunity to join a dynamic, growing and supportive team comes at an exciting time as the Council moves from a single supplier of ICT and digital services to a multi-source model, with an internal service integration and management (SIAM) function.
