Job Description

Working as a member of a reliable and effective team responsible for providing tenants with a customer contact service, processing incoming calls and emails accurately and efficiently using supporting IT systems, resolving enquiries, service requests and dealing with any complaints in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the Council’s key objectives; specifically in relation to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement and Best Value.

Requirements

The duties of this post requires access to the public sector network and therefore the successful applicant must complete a basic Disclosure Scotland application. A formal offer of employment with East Ayrshire Council will only be made once satisfactory clearance has been received. Responsibilities

The Individual

This is a permanent full time post based at the Risk Management Centre, London Road, Kilmarnock. The hours of duty is 35 hours per week working: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am to 4pm. The full time salary for this post is £26,991- £28,265 per annum.
