Hourly rate: £14.00 (increasing to £14.50 in Feb 2026)

We’re looking for skilled, friendly, and reliable drivers to join our team at Ardrossan depot. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our communities connected – safely, smoothly, and with great service.

£2,500 Signing-On Bonus

This sign on incentive is for experienced drivers joining the company with a full PCV licence, that they have held for a minimum of 12 months and a valid CPC qualification, and is subject to meeting performance criteria.
