As a Barista in Costa Coffee - WHSmith you’ll provide exceptional customer service, prepare high-quality drinks, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for all our customers. You’ll work independently or as part of a team to deliver fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.

What being a Barista is all about:

  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience with every cup served.
  • Preparing and serving a wide range of hot and cold drinks, following Costa Coffee standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting store environment.
  • Supporting with stock replenishment and ensuring displays look great for our customers.
  • Working as part of a team, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a positive workplace.
