36 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year, Permanent

A fantastic opportunity has become available to join our Building Services team as a Quality Assurance Officer, a role at the heart of how we support our customers and deliver excellent service.

As our Quality Assurance Officer, you’ll be the central point of contact for all Building Services Cllr and Head of Service enquires and complaints. You’ll work closely with staff, elected members, and customers to ensure every query is handled professionally and every response meets statutory timescales. You’ll also take the lead on managing Freedom of Information (FOI) and Subject Access Requests (SARs), ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely completion.

Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in analysing customer performance data, helping us understand trends, improve our services, and deliver the best possible experience for our communities.
