A vacancy has arisen for the position of Estates Administrator at Argyll Estates.

The position is full-time, permanent.  The role is primarily office based in Inveraray, with a requirement to work elsewhere to visit and inspect properties and other business assets from time to time.  Below is a snapshot of some of the duties associated with this role:

  1. Responding to general enquiries.
  2. Preparing correspondence, schedules, minutes and agendas.
  3. Mail management.
  4. Paper and electronic filing.
  5. Diary management and arranging meetings.
  6. Managing holiday let bookings.
  7. Liaising with cleaners/housekeepers.
  8. Conducting vacant property checks.
  9. Preparing schedules of condition.
  10. Managing energy accounts and contracts.
  11. Renewing property licences.
  12. Collating deer cull and fish catch return figures.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have good communication skills, strong organisation skills and a flexible, ‘can do’ attitude.  Experience of working in a similar role is advantageous.
