JOB DESCRIPTION
Overall responsibility for shaping the strategic direction of the Council’s culture, tourism and events provision and driving transformational change by promoting a positive organisational culture of empowerment, innovation, and change.
Develop and deliver strategic plans that lead and manage a range of high-quality services ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency. The specific areas of responsibility will be determined by the Council’s priorities and may change from time to time.
