Salary: £25,218 (based on 35 hours)
Hours: 21–28 per week
Location: Dornoch with frequent travel across Caithness & Sutherland (applicants wishing
to be based in Thurso will also be considered)

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver one-to-one and group support that is person-centred and led by the needs of women, children and young people.
  • Collaborate with families, colleagues, and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Contribute to awareness-raising initiatives that strengthen understanding of domestic abuse and its impact.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and adaptability.
  • Experience supporting individuals in a similar environment.
  • SVQ qualification in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards this).
  • An understanding\ of domestic abuse and its effects on women, children, and young people.
  • A proactive, team-focused approach to service development.

Additional Requirements:

  • Full driving licence and access to transport.
  • PVG Enhanced Disclosure check.
  • Ability to provide support across Caithness and Sutherland.
